What will your challenges be?

• Strategy Definition: Define the category strategy, including the long-term roadmap, innovation pipeline, brand architecture, and optimal pricing approach.
• P&L Ownership & Omnichannel Execution: Own and manage the Business Unit P&L. Oversee the development and implementation of the omnichannel Marketing Plan to drive performance and profitability.
• Portfolio Health & Market Opportunity Analysis: Proactively analyze the category to identify opportunities for new products while actively safeguarding and reinforcing the existing organic portfolio with competitive evidence. 
• Cross-Functional Alignment & Integrated Oversight: Ensure successful integrated execution by maintaining close cross-functional collaboration with all teams, driving alignment with the overarching business strategy. 

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Experience: More than 5 years in a similar role.
• Education: University Degree.
• Languages: English High Level.
